Q: What should I wear to class?A: The right clothing is essential to ensure you get the most out of your class: Pole Classes: For pole dance, we recommend wearing shorts so your skin can grip the pole. Avoid creams or lotions, as they can cause you to slip and slide. Pole Choreography: You can wear leggings or shorts for comfort. Knee pads are required for added protection during floor work, and heels are optional if you’d like to incorporate them into your routine. Flying Pole & Aerial Hoop: For these classes, we recommend wearing tight-fitting leggings as shorts may feel uncomfortable due to the taped hoop and the silicone-coated pole. Fitness Classes: Wear comfortable workout attire that allows you to move freely, such as leggings, tank tops, or sportswear – whatever you feel most comfortable in. We want you to feel at ease while you train, so wear whatever makes you feel confident and ready to move!
