Terms and Conditions for Membership at The Pole and Aerial Unit

    1.    Membership Benefits

    •    Membership is billed monthly and provides partial or full discounts on classes/events. Some classes, workshops, or events may be excluded.

    2.    Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

    •    Memberships and Class Packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.

    3.    Payment Schedule

    •    Payments are auto-charged on the 1st of each month. Initial payments will be prorated based on the remaining days in the first month.

    4.    Membership Duration

    •    Membership starts on the agreed date and continues only with timely monthly payments.

    5.    Cancellation Policy

    •    Cancel before the 1st of the month to avoid further billing. Requests must be in writing, and refunds are not issued for partial months.

    6.    Updating Personal Information

    •    Notify us immediately of any changes to your personal details.

Session

Cancellations

    •    If sessions are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be issued for paid sessions; otherwise, cancellations are accounted for in membership fees.

    8.    Payment on Booking

    •    All sessions must be paid for at the time of booking.

    9.    Cancellation and No-Show Fees

    •    Unregister as soon as possible if you cannot attend a session. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows incur a £5 fee.

    10.    Timeliness

    •    Arrive on time. Latecomers may be denied entry without a refund and may be charged a no-show fee.

    11.    Warm-Up Attendance

    •    Arriving late (after the warm-up) will result in denied entry, and no refund. 

    12.    Outstanding Payments

    •    Bookings may be suspended until outstanding payments are resolved.

    13.    Session Access

    •    Membership does not guarantee session availability. Advance booking is recommended.

    14.    Appropriate Attire

    •    Wear suitable clothing for your session and remove all jewellery (or cover it if removal isn’t possible).

    15.    Class Essentials

    •    Bring a sweat towel and water bottle to each session.

    16.    Online Payments Only

    •    All memberships and class packs must be purchased online. Cash payments are not accepted.
